Protection + responsible access

Copyright and Download Terms

RBFL/RBFT materials are made available for inspection, review, citation, replication, and collaboration. This page protects authorship while keeping scientific review open.

Automatic copyright protection

Copyright applies automatically when original work is created.

In Australia, copyright protection is free and automatic. There is no formal copyright registration system for ordinary original works. This website notice does not create copyright by itself; it gives visitors clear notice of ownership, attribution requirements, and permitted-use boundaries.

Ownership notice

© 2026 Levi S. Haye / Ivelindustries

All original website text, page designs, diagrams, figures, compiled paper lists, downloadable local packages, manuscripts, explanatory frameworks, and public-facing summaries are protected by copyright except where a specific file, DOI record, Zenodo record, or written licence states otherwise.

Important boundary

Copyright protects expression, not proof.

Copyright protects the written expression, diagrams, code arrangement, papers, figures, and downloadable materials. It does not itself prove the scientific claims, and it does not replace patents, trademarks, peer review, or independent validation.

Do not treat the speculative future-possibilities page as evidence. Evidence and reproducibility pages define what has actually been tested.
Research-review licence

What visitors are allowed to do

This site is designed to be inspectable and scientifically useful while protecting authorship and preventing misleading reuse.

Restrictions

Do not use the materials to:

  • claim authorship, ownership, or original creation of RBFL/RBFT materials;
  • remove copyright notices, attribution, DOI references, or source links;
  • resell, repackage, or commercially exploit the materials without written permission;
  • publish altered versions that imply endorsement, validation, or proof not stated by the author;
  • train, market, or deploy a commercial product using the materials without permission;
  • use speculative material as a claim of proven science.
Attribution

Required attribution

Where you cite, quote, review, or discuss downloaded materials, use attribution in this form where practical:

Levi S. Haye / Ivelindustries, RBFL/RBFT fixed-law phase-region research, rbfl.link.

For DOI-linked files, cite the DOI or Zenodo record shown on the Evidence or Papers pages. If a downloadable file includes its own citation file, use that citation first.

Download agreement

Before accessing local downloads, visitors must accept the terms.

Local paper, package, CSV, text, and reproducibility-document links now pass through a download agreement page. On Netlify, the agreement form can record the selected file, the accepted terms version, and a timestamp for the normal download flow.

Legal cautions

What this page does not do

This page is a public-facing terms layer, not a substitute for legal advice. It does not register a trademark, file a patent, guarantee enforceability in every jurisdiction, or restrict lawful fair dealing/fair use rights that may apply independently under law.
