Copyright, citation, and use terms

Copyright notice and research-use boundary.

This page protects the original RBFL/RBFT website materials while keeping the reproducibility archive citable, testable, and reviewable.

Plain-language notice. Original RBFL/RBFT website text, diagrams, generated visuals, equations dictionaries, paper compilations, and presentation materials are copyright © 2026 Levi S. Haye / RBFL-RBFT Research Project, unless a specific file, third-party dataset, or Zenodo record states a different license. This notice is not legal advice.

Default rights statement

All original site materials are protected as original expression. Reproduction, redistribution, mirroring, commercial use, or derivative publication requires written permission unless allowed by an explicit license, by the terms attached to a Zenodo record, or by applicable exceptions such as fair use/fair dealing.

The scientific ideas, equations, and facts should be cited accurately. Do not remove attribution, do not imply endorsement, and do not present RBFL/RBFT as established physics.

Research and review use

Good-faith academic review, criticism, replication, and reproducibility testing are encouraged. Short quotations, screenshots, equation excerpts, and result summaries should include attribution to Levi S. Haye / RBFL-RBFT and, where available, the relevant DOI or Zenodo record.

Local downloads on this site are provided to make the work testable. They do not grant permission to resell, rebrand, or remove source attribution.

Permitted without extra permission

Reading, downloading for personal research, running reproducibility scripts, citing the work, linking to this site, linking to Zenodo records, and using brief excerpts for criticism, commentary, or review with attribution.

Not permitted without permission

Commercial repackaging, copying the full site into another public project without attribution, removing author/DOI notices, selling derivative diagrams, or presenting the materials as your own work.

Third-party material

SPARC, Gaia, lensing, astronomy images, public datasets, and any third-party source material retain their own licenses and attribution requirements. This website notice does not override those rights.

Zenodo / DOI citation records

When citing the archived record versions, prefer the DOI record where possible:

If a Zenodo record displays a specific license, that license controls the archived copy for that record. If no license is shown, use this site’s default all-rights-reserved notice unless written permission is granted.

No scientific or engineering warranty

The site presents RBFL/RBFT as a working research hypothesis and reproducibility programme. It makes no claim that RBFL is established physics, no claim that it replaces validated gravity models, and no claim that any gravity-engineering device exists or is enabled by these documents.

Download terms

Downloads are provided for verification and review. If you redistribute a package internally for research, keep the folder structure, citations, checksums, author notices, and disclaimers intact.

For public redistribution, link to this site or the Zenodo DOI records rather than uploading altered copies.
