All original site materials are protected as original expression. Reproduction, redistribution, mirroring, commercial use, or derivative publication requires written permission unless allowed by an explicit license, by the terms attached to a Zenodo record, or by applicable exceptions such as fair use/fair dealing.
The scientific ideas, equations, and facts should be cited accurately. Do not remove attribution, do not imply endorsement, and do not present RBFL/RBFT as established physics.
Research and review use
Good-faith academic review, criticism, replication, and reproducibility testing are encouraged. Short quotations, screenshots, equation excerpts, and result summaries should include attribution to Levi S. Haye / RBFL-RBFT and, where available, the relevant DOI or Zenodo record.
Local downloads on this site are provided to make the work testable. They do not grant permission to resell, rebrand, or remove source attribution.
Permitted without extra permission
Reading, downloading for personal research, running reproducibility scripts, citing the work, linking to this site, linking to Zenodo records, and using brief excerpts for criticism, commentary, or review with attribution.
Not permitted without permission
Commercial repackaging, copying the full site into another public project without attribution, removing author/DOI notices, selling derivative diagrams, or presenting the materials as your own work.
Third-party material
SPARC, Gaia, lensing, astronomy images, public datasets, and any third-party source material retain their own licenses and attribution requirements. This website notice does not override those rights.
